Site Acquisition
We use various technology data sources to overlay planning, infrastructure, transport, size/scale, access, services, topography and vegetation layers, to identify target sites that provide higher and better use opportunities.
Due Diligence
We review title documents, sales documentation and undertake technical due diligence as required (e.g. geotechnical or contamination studies with sub consultants, to mitigate risks prior to acquisition).
Feasibility Analysis
We undertake preliminary feasibility analysis to provide estimates for gross revenues, build costs and development profit.
Negotiation
We act as your agent and lead negotiator to structure the deal including the purchase price and terms.
Post Exchange & Settlement
We manage the associated stakeholders to ensure any sale conditions are satisfied, all obligations are met and settlement is achieved.
